Taking a Simple Idea and Making it Better

"I didn’t invent the hamburger. I just took it more seriously than anyone else."  Ray Kroc, the legend behind McDonald’s, started with an idea that has grown into 35,000 franchised locations worldwide.  
I believe that my partner, Robert Glisson, and I started with the idea for a better restroom experience and took it more seriously than any other group had before. This is evident in how our competition emulates our products and services, down to our signature mints on the restroom counters. 

Thank you, 1851 Franchise and Nick Powills for allowing me to speak on our journey the last 20 years of business.  Our Royal Restrooms family has grown from just Robert and I with our two trucks and a few restroom trailers to 50 offices nationwide.  While we have grown, we strive to treat every customer as part of that same family.  Franchising, as Mr. Kroc discovered, is never easy but it is rewarding.
